Had an amazing time, the food and service were both stellar. My server, Jalen, was fast and professional and I appreciate how quick the orders came out. The grill wasn’t faulty or slow (like many other stores) and frequent grill changes were offered. Had a great time overall!
If the possibility of giving 10 stars was available I’d give 20 stars! No joke! Place was amazing and food was exactly what was needed. We came in as a party of 8 and were given amazing service by Ryan and Maggie! Orders were taken fast and politely. The welcoming environment offered a better experience and would definitely recommend. Will definitely be coming again.
My family had an amazing experience at Gyubee BBQ today for dinner! The food was fresh, and flavorful, and came out quickly, but what really made the visit stand out was the exceptional service from Allen. He was incredibly attentive, and friendly, and made sure our table had everything we needed without us even having to ask. His energy and professionalism really elevated the entire meal. Definitely coming back, and hoping to be served by Allen again!
Karlie’s service is really perfect! She is patient and always come to change the net and ask me if everything good. I ordered a lot but she never feels inpatient and always smiles. The flavor is really wonderful. Everything is wonderful! No hesitate, if you want to eat meat just come!!!! The fire is big enough to burn the food in 30 seconds.
**Update:** We returned a week later, and the wait seemed shorter this time as we were added to the queue earlier. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Jennifer, our server. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in when our plates were getting low, and providing service that truly went above and beyond. It was hands down the best service we’ve ever received at any restaurant. Previous review - We were impressed with the quality of the meat and were overall very happy to try a new restaurant. The grill was also well-cleaned when we sat down, which shows they take care of every detail, including cleanliness. I also appreciated the comfortable waiting area where you can relax before your turn. While there wasn’t a significant discount for paying in cash, there is still an option for you to choose. The side dishes were great, and I noticed they got the traditional Korean dishes right, like Kimchi and Ssamjang. The only downside was the waitlist—it’s hard to predict when you’ll be seated. We waited over two hours for a Sunday dinner starting around 5:30 pm and only received a text almost before 8 pm, even after checking in on the wait as line 7.
Visited during their AYCE Lunch! Our server Eason was amazing and attentive with us and provided us quick service by checking up on us and changing our grills, etc. The lunch menu had a variety of meats, sides, and drinks. It was not busy during the weekday lunch and I would consider to come during their dinner menu! The seating area was fairly spacious but was quite annoying when the wall that separates opposite booths are sensitive to moving.
we love gyubee!!! we came here for the little fox’s birthday and we all had a wonderful time. we were a fan of the miso marinated steak and prime kalbi. my go to drink is always the peach mojito, super great!! our server, nathan i believe his name was, was awesome :) shoutout to him! of course it’s gyubee so be prepared to wait for a table even at lunch time. join the online waitlist before you arrive
nice value for lunch, under 30 all u can eat. Meat good, appetizers good. Most important fire is strong and ventilation is good so no smoke. Our hostess Kelly is very nice and sweet. Checked in on us often. Overall very pleasant experience
